The contractor was experiencing a number of issues with completed projects and water ingress into finished homes through defects. This was causing a major reputation issues along with significant non recoverable costs and increased risk.
By working together (who worked together),
a review of how to mitigate specialist manufacturers were consulted with (needs explaining)
a partner was selected to be the solus supplier on all projects going forward based on competitive price matrix
Once appointed and given the solus commitment, the manufacturer offered full technical support from early design engagement, an approved installer programme, project support and inspections and close out report and warranty.
This led to period of completed projects with zero issues of water ingress and an extension of the agreement.
